CELIA WILLIAMS
Freelance Executive Producer
I believe my greatest strength in advertising and film, is my love for and ability to build and inspire a team. No one is an island in this business and whether I'm leading the team or supporting who is, I love the job. I've also been highly successful on the production, post production and agency sides of the advertising business, and that success has given me great insight into the overall production process and what it takes to get things done in the ever changing landscape of content production.

2016-2018 were spent introducing a UK based post production company to NYC and the United States. This endeavor involved the physical build out and creation of a welcoming comfortable space in Soho for staff and clients, sales and marketing to an environment saturated with well established high end competition, office management and producing of in-house projects. (Color Grading, Final Conform, VFX and Finish.)
I also have the distinct honor of working with Rethink The Conversation®, a non-profit that creates unique programs that shift perspective around issues tinged by stigma, misinformation, lack of attention or indifference.
My specific work is in facilitating the creation of content related to grief support for teenagers impacted by suicide.
On November 18th, 2023, Suicide Survivor's Day, our first long form film was premiered at the Tribeca Film Center in NYC to great reception.
